thanks harold

anyone that wants to join can download the software at http://folding.stanford.edu/download.html

And it does take a while to crunch one work unit if you have a slow computer

Most work units take between one and three days on an "average" computer (folding approx. 24 hours a day)

I remember it used to seem like it took a week or more on my old 800 mhz computer That is why I stopped folding until I got this new one

Got it up and running this morning. Wouldn't ya know the first one is a 400. I think the 400 is always first when you install it.

My next one should be turned in at 9:30 this morning. The other machine is due for its second result on Friday.

If I actually kept my computer on when I go to work, mine would not be at 83/400. I just don't trust the power around here to leave my computer on alone.

I've been pricing them. It's just getting the cash together.

My computer is always on. It stays on overnight so that it can record Conan O'Brien's show, and it stays on while I'm at school for any ShowSqueeze/SmartSkip stuff.
