Wussy isn't doing so well the last couple of days. In fact she is very bad off right now. We are thinking of putting her to sleep today because she isn't eating anything and hasn't for at least a day and she has no strength at all. She can't stand up, she can't roll herself over. Yesterday she kept falling down all over the place and now she is just laying on her bed with her face down. She will not eat anything. So I think her time is limited.

Yeah, it's alway tough, you just don't know if they are suffering or not. I am sorry too!

I dont think we need to worry too much about putting her to sleep because she's starting to go. She still seems to have a steady pulse but her breathing is irratic and not steady. Maybe one or two quick snorts every minute. Jenni is sitting with her right now talking to her and loving on her. Today will be the day, I'm sure.

She just died a few minutes ago. We were both loving on her and we came in here to look at some pictures of her and when we went back out there she was gone. I cried and said our goodbyes and wrapped her in a blanker and put her in a little box. We gave her one of her mice to take with her. Jenni is not taking this very well because that was her baby. Thanks for all your well wishes. We tried our best to make her happy and comfortable but in the end her liver disease got the best of her.

She's been getting weaker and weaker for the past couple of weeks and yesterday she kept falling over and not being able to walk. She would just lay there on her belly and moan. But when we loved on her she would stop. We put her in her bed and held her up when she needed to drink something but she wouldn't eat.

This morning Jenni woke up to the sound of her moaning so we got up and found her by the gate in the kitchen. It was like she was trying to come to us for help and that's as far as she could get. I put her back in her bed and we loved on her all morning. She wouldn't eat or drink, not even with an eye dropper. It's just strange how things like this drag on and on for a long time and then all of a sudden it's too much and the body shuts down.

Thank you all for including her here. All the funny stuff that you guys did with those pictures provided lots of laughter and enjoyment. I enjoyed sharing her photos with you all and I'm glad you enjoyed looking at them. It's funny how all of the pets we all own here on the board don't have any idea how many total strangers love them. Thank you for loving Wusser.

Gee man, I'm sorry. I have been through that so many times I don't ever really want another animal, but I have one anyway. A strange indoor calico named Hoku that was left (dumped) with my step-son. It's not easy...

I'm so sorry Wesley. It's like loosing a relative that you really loved.
