If you love poop that much, maybe I will try and get you that picture of the virgin mary and jesus painted with dung that many people complained about it not being art that made the late news here about 2-3 years ago I believe Bad as the so called artist who rents a hotel, then puts melted cheese over everything in the room he rented and charges people to see it and calls it art And lets not forget the so called interactive art that made alot of vets mad that was just a book to sign on a podium that had a flag on the floor in front of the book so anyone who signed the book would be in fact desicrating the flag with feet marks Anyone else have any weird art stories like the above that comes to mind as I would love to hear them either here or a new thread _________________________ We hang the petty thieves and appoint the great ones to public office. -Aesop, 620 BC - 560 BC

It was a industrial plate glass rack (like what a home improvement store might have) with all the glass broken and spilled out all over the floor. In North Hampton, MA there was a local "artist" that would dip his baby in paint and have him crawl across the canvas and he would sell it for thousands of dollars. These aren't artists, they are people that know that other people are stupid. During an airshow weekend one local "artist" ask for permission to set up a few canvases in front of a jet engine while he threw paint in the air in the back of the engine so that it would jet-propell the paint on to the canvas. And he sold those for $1000 each. It doesn't piss me off that these people found some suckers to buy their [Bad Word!] from them. It pisses me off that they call themselves artists when I, myself, am an artist and I actually create things. _________________________ Evil girls biting good girls turning good girls into evil girls. I agree with you there wesley as I took alot of art classes in school and I myself do not consider that stuff as art either and wonder what goes through the peoples minds that buy that stuff.
