Yesterday I made a stew out of roast, potato's, and carrots.
Today it's just spagetti-O's!

I had Chinese, she was real good. Uh, I mean the food was good.

Time for some leftover pizza.

I'm waiting for mom to get back from the store, I think she is getting raveolli (is that how you spell it). I would have gone with her, but as we all recall, I am still sick.......I hate this.

I haven't had a appetite since before Christmas. Things sound good but then the cough starts up and by the time I get controll I'm too worn out to bother. This is a great diet, I'm tellin' ya.
