I am not sure what is worse people that log (badly that is)from there phones or the fact that I can't do it.

Anyone know how to get black shopping cart wheel tracks out of my yellow pants?

I think we are at the root of the problem. Jealousy. And as far as the double posting thread at the other board. I don't think that most people are intentionally double posting finds. I noticed once when we were in the edge network my post went through and then when we got back on 3G it sent it again. I went in and fixed it immediately. It's a software glitch, something groundspeak needs to fix, not something that needs to be policed or the people who its happened to need to be chastised for, they should be notified in case they don't know its happening but thats it. Too many play politics in geocaching and its really ruining the sport.

We pulled close to the suspected lamppost, both Tom and I had our yellow pants and black shirts on so we could camo ourselves from the typical Walmart muggle. We parked so far back we had to use stealth to keep from getting muggled. A car came around the corner and we weren't near enough to the light post. Oh Sheet what should we do. I yelled "Hit the deck" to Tom thinking if we laid down right we may look like parking lot stripes. No matter how he tried Tom just wasn't fitting in as a parking lot stripe and an old lady mistaking him as a cart corral parked a cart up his arse. After I removed said cart we made the find to the usual film canister under the lamp skirt. After the hide was replaced I shoved Tom in the back of the geomobile because he couldn't sit right in the front seat. I debated taking him to the ER but he wouldn't have it. We will never be the same. Thank you so much for bringing us to walmart, if we wouldn't have had the mishap we did I may have stimulated the economy by shopping there.
Now that I wrote the review for a cache I normally wouldn't bother spending that much time on I think Tom and I need to find a walmart cache so I can use it. tongue

Me jealous no way (OK maybe a little way) I think you are right about the double post thing. I really doubt most people would double log purposely. I think that my problem with what I consider to be bad or lazy posts is the fact that I have been doing it as long as I have and back in the day it seems like everyone in my area always had some thing besides TFTC to say (isn't it amazing how I am saying back in the day about something that has only been around for 10 years)

Some people just aren't writers and some caches aren't worth long logs, it boils down to the fact IT IS A GAME, and that game is about FINDING caches NOT writing about them. Putting extra expectations on a game will only set you up for disappointment especially if those expectations aren't part of the rules for said game. Changing the rules of a game, while one might want to, isn't something that should be allowed. Let people play the game how they want and play the game how you want as long as neither interfers with the others enjoyment. Happy Caching

Anyone getting ready to renew Groundspeak/Geocaching membership beware. Groundspeak thinks we are all just donating to the lackeys. They will take the money but they won't keep your account as premium

I was just looking at my friends page there, and you two don't have a title.

Are you friends with Jeremy Irish on FB? I am. wink

EDIT: Had the wrong info.
