Oh dear God, it's hot! I went to the pond to feed the ducks and I felt like I was going to pass out on the way back. The computer says it's only 96.1°F (35.6°C), but I think it feels like it's hotter.

It was in the 80's today. Lots of tornado warnings all around us but not where I am.

It has cooled down to 64F, mom said it's like October, and where is this like October? That's October for us. It doesn't really begin to get chilly until November. Though, there have been several Thanksgivings when I've been in shorts.

Right now, it's clear and 70.2°F (21°C). Today's temps were much more tolerable: the hottest was 93°F (34°C).

yeah really what a wussy. hehe
its 64 right now, supposed to be 74 today which will be a nice change compared to those crappy 90 degree sticky hot temps we had last week. I still have a sunburn on my shoulders and the top of my head, from those 98 temps we had like 2 weeks ago.
its supposed to be 80 tomorrow but slight chance of rain.
personally I prefer colder weather then this myself, but I lived in Arizona for awhile where it got to over 120 during the summer, so this is nothing compared to that.
I'd rather live in Hawaii though, because there is no sticky 100% humidity like there is here on the main land, so 90 there is better then our 60 most of the time I remember, I remember there wasn't a cloud in the sky, even when it rained, I was like WOW..

I said I was in the 80's for a while. As in 1980's. Temperature wise, there is nothing like working in the marsh that's about 110 degrees. With the mud radiating heat back from the sun, high humidity and sometimes a very foul smell. With horseflies, black-flies and gnats flying around bugging you. Each step risking getting stuck, or losing a boot.
