I just think it's funny that a whole TEAM of forensic doctors have vindicated the husband and verified that everything he said was true.

She was in a persistant vegitative state.
There was no chance EVER of recovery.
She was, in fact, BLIND because the vision center of her brain was totally dead.
Her brain was 50% smaller than it should've been.
And there were no signs that he assaulted her or strangled her.

And yet her parents STILL can't accept it! I think the logic and reasoning centers of the parent's and Jeb's brain is dead if they can't accept the conclusion of an entire team of professional doctors. I highly doubt that Bubba Jeb and the Schiavo Wonder Parents have a degree in medical science to be able to even QUESTION their findings. Let it go! The [Bad Word!] was brain dead and never coming back. End of story.

I'm sure the husband is like, "YEAH! TAKE THAT! IN YOUR FACE!"

Spyware, adware infects BitTorrent downloads

BitTorrent users beware...

Adware and spyware makers are using BitTorrent as a new distribution channel. According to observers of the trend, music and videos that hide applications which pop up ads on PC screens and track browsing habits are increasingly being offered for download on various BitTorrent websites.

BitTorrent has grown into one of the most widely used means of downloading files such as movies or software. Unlike peer-to-peer networks such as eDonkey, Kazaa or the original Napster, no central search technology exists for BitTorrent. Instead, links to specific files are posted on websites.

While applications such as Kazaa have long been associated with adware and spyware, BitTorrent has not. Until now, that is. Chris Boyd, a security researcher who runs the Vital Security website, found adware and spyware hiding in BitTorrent files.

Jillian's employee electrocuted

Albany police are investigating the death of an employee at a downtown bar on Friday night. And so far, it looks like it was all just an unfortunate accident.

Angelo Russomano, 35, worked as a bouncer at Jillian's in downtown Albany for nearly three years. Last night, police said Russomano walked into the bar's kitchen and climbed into an industrial-sized dishwasher to fix a leak when he touched a live power source.

Circuit breakers to the kitchen area had not been turned off while he was working.

Detective James Miller of the Albany Police Department said, "The employees found him, they called 911. The paramedics got there, but he was in full cardiac arrest. They transported him to Albany Medical Center, and he was pronounced dead about an hour later."

The bar portion of Jillians remained open during and after Russomano's death, but the kitchen has been shut down until further notice until OSHA finishes its investigation.

Where the poop plops decides bingo winners

Four players in cow chip game will split $5,000 prize in church fund-raiser

MECHANICVILLE -- In cow chip bingo, competitors cheer for mere bovine-produced fertilizer to be left in their 3-by-3-foot courts.
The game is simple enough: The square where the first of two cows defecates is the winner. If the feces extends to multiple squares, the prize is split evenly.

"We got action," Stillwater resident Kathy Lilac said, as "Christmas Cow," a 22-month-old Holstein, raised her tail indicating a "touch down" was near.

Nearly 45 minutes into the event, and only seconds after the tail-raising, the crowd of about 25 took to their feet in excitement as "Christmas" delivered her present to the owners of squares N1, N2, O1 and O2. Allene Doriski, Craig Couture, Steven Morrell and Carmen Esposito will split the $5,000 prize.

Stillwater United Church took $10 donations for each of 1,600 squares drawn with white chalk on a 120-by-120-foot field. All of the profits go toward church renovations.

"United Church uses all their resources available, and God gave us cow poop," said the Rev. Charles Woodman. "In the Bible, that's what they call a spiritual gift."

For the spectators, the event was a reason to come together and help the church -- despite the high heat.

"This is the event of the season," said Paul "Butch" Lilac, former town supervisor of Stillwater.

The two cows, both Holsteins, came from Dave Ferris and the Ferris family farm, which has between 20 and 25 cows. Thetwo cows were chosen for the event because of their docile nature. The winner had previously appeared in the church's Nativity scene.

"They're out on the pasture before this, it's like a buffet for them," Ferris said. A cow like these can eat 50 to 60 pounds daily, he said.

Stillwater residents Mildred Gooley and Jim and Sharon Ferris organized the event for DeCrescente Athletic Field after its board of directors approved the use.

"A couple of the directors said, 'Great, free fertilizer,' " Jim Ferris said. "Others had a problem, so we told them we'll shovel up when we're done."

He did it again.

Somerset, KY (AP) -- It was two months ago that Millard Dwyer was arrested for driving under the influence on a horse. Somerset police say he's done it again.

A 911 call Thursday night alerted police and responding officers found Dwyer riding his horse in the middle of the road near the Somerset city limits. They say he and the horse were causing a traffic backup.

Officers say Dwyer failed a field sobriety test and was charged with operating a non-motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants.

His arrest on May 23 cost him $225.

HE, he he that's funny Shouse. I like those laws....a slow breaking of them instead of a speeding chase like we have here.
