Not everything is true, but everything isn't false, either. There's always room for a open mind. I don't believe everything that someone says, but I like to follow the chain of custody. If a weird event happens, then I concentrate on what it was. If the conspiracy theory happens to fit you got a good campfire story!
Perhaps I should have called this "By The Campfire?"
Hum. Anyhow I just found this and haven't had time to browse it completely but it looks interesting!

Yeah. There's another guy (I'm sitting here trying to remember his name) who only looks at information that supports his theory. His ideas are compelling but once you get into a area that challenges his belief he tries to shut you down. Not good science. If you give me a moment I'll come up with his name. Anyhow my interest is focused on the ideas or events, not the spin someone uses to sell a book or web site. I'll listen to anyone, and often do. Sometimes you get a heads up way in advance, like Mad Cow or West Nile Virus. Here's one that I heard about a year ago. Watch out for a fungus infection that might just threaten our grassy crops, like wheat. It's started on a small scale already. If it spreads there could be trouble. They are fighting back but is it in time?

Not sure how true this is, as I pulled it from a G4 TV Newsletter, but if it's true Linux users may want to shout for joy. Quote "What about software named Bob? I could only be so lucky. However, a company is the Philippines has a program they are calling "David", as in that wonderfully big little man who took down Goliath, which is reported to allow the use of Microsoft programs on Linux machines. The software will be available by the end of the year and will cost "less than Windows". Watch out Microsoft, that code has a slingshot! " The blurb is at http://www.g4tv.com/html/news.asp?article_key=27&news_page=1&gamingnews_page=1&article_page=1&page=2 in case you want to see it yourself
