I scanned with an antenna hooked up to my laptop and I have 13 channels. I scanned with the digital tuner hooked up to the tv as well my grandmother's tuner and they have the same amount of channels. Neither could get ABC anymore though. I used to get them when they were using UHF for digital and VHF for analog. I could watch them perfectly on UHF, but not the VHF signal. Then when the analog was turned off, they switched their digital channel from UHF to their normal VHF channel. :((
