Big storms and tornados through the area (Central NC) this evening. Homes were damaged and destroyed; also blew a truck off the interstate. So far all injury reports are "minor."

Sounds like all of us are taking turns at this bad weather. It's good to hear you're ok.

That storm went right over us but it did no damage. The tornado siren went off but we didn't see anything. There was some massive hail however. I have never seen hail this big. It looked like those new big LED Christmas lights. They were teardrop shaped and had a chisled texture. It lasted for about 10 minutes and then turned to rain. I guess Murfreesboro got hit hard and it blew out some windows in a shopping complex.

It's now sunny and should be in the 70's soon. Chance of Thunderstorms again Friday!
