However, it is a dual mode CDMA/GSM phone. So you can always take out the Verizon SIM and use it with any GSM carrier.

By the way, the sound quality is pretty good. That shocked me. This would be truly a killer app for the iPhone. Carry your own music library with you and get internet radio.
