South Australia is the only state that its not against the law to own marijuana plants, but it is limited to two per person. I do believe that people have total disregard for road rules, its common place to go through red lights & drive up the gutter. At least I know why now, if the state had the same laws as the rest of the country & the police were out there monitoring drivers it would eat into the cops hobby time, cant have that now can we?
