I knew that Marla had some quirks but tonight's amusement has me wondering how many more there are. I was watching XMen and the noise through the surround sound was driving her crazy, she'd watch the tv and then look around in the direction of each speaker as the sounds moved. In the end she wanted to go outside in the cold rather than deal with it, which was a shame because I was enjoying watching her as much as watching Hugh Jackman with his shirt off.

I paused the movie at one point when I heard strange noises and realised it was fireworks from the river festival, so went out to check on the dogs. Neither of them were concerned. At least I won't have to worry about them running away like other dogs apparently do.
