Yep Gottat love how the first thing they do is tell you to reset your modem when usally its a network problem

Delayed update. My replacement modem arrived. It's an updated model with new protocols. My Safari settings gave it a headache, so, instead of erasing all my cookies I configured with Firefox.
Once configured Safari is fine

My modem reset it's self again. Every 4-6 weeks my modem resets,
Iy's on, blinking merrily away, just won't let anything in or out.
I call Verizon, we re-config the modem (not my computer) and
start another cycle. This is my 3rd modem
I think it's a silver bullet to check for illegalites causing it

Maybe you need a router as mine rarely resets Gweep.
