Have you read Kin Harrison's Hollows books? No, but I just looked it up. I'm going to check them out next time I'm at the book store.

The series has what you're looking for. Female hero, vampires, witches, demons, weird romance

The series has what you're looking for. Female hero, vampires, witches, demons, weird romance Just my kind of stuff. I've started on Witch Blood by Anya Bast. It's actually the 2nd in a series, but it seems to stand alone without reading the first one. I also finished The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan. It's the first in a series, Percy Jackson and the Olympians. I believe it's aimed at the Harry Potter crowd, but the half bloods are children of Greek gods.

The books aren't that well written but the audio books are awesome and have a really good reader.

Last night I read two short stories They were "To Serve Man" and "Time Shards" They made tv shows about each One was a famous twilight zone episode while the other one was an x-files episode called the Lazurus bowl

I loved the Twilight Zone episode of To Serve Man but I dont recall the Time Shards ep on the X Files. It was about the bowl that could raise the dead with the voice of Jesus recorded in the grooves of the bowl
