He knew that the NYS Police may "out" him, so he wanted to get the jump on the news cycle; you know while everyone was still talking about Spitzer. The Governor and his wife have been open with each other, and both admitted to affairs. I believe they were thinking about Divorce, but they decided to stay together.

It is starting to look like our Governor is not going to make it to be elected. He was just asking all State Departments to cut their budgets and his staff got hefty raises. Some of the people are taking on more duties; but their titles are the same. Someone got a 49% raise. Hey where do I sign up for that?
