Gary Gygax passed away.

That stinks!!! I remember when Gary started publishing his d&d stuff in zip locked bags and the booklets were so dry with figure tables

I also remember reading those DM adventures and playing them in my head and that is when love for RPG's came to be

He made an impression on our lives. He will be missed.

oh how i hardly knew ye.... i didn't know ye. never played d&d.

I'll tell you. He made a real difference in my brothers' lives. We'd drive to Columbus and the Drowsy Dragon to get stuff for my brothers and their friends. It was like they finally found their place, which was hard to find in the 70s. My one brother called me last night to talk about Gygax's passing.
