Early news is that Barak Obama is leading in Iowa. Anyone else see or hear anything?

I doubt it as I think all politicians are crooks since they change as soon as they get in office or when they get money from big companies \:p

Maybe the next one won't, and we can treat it like a horserace, not a people vote race.

I would not mind politics if they would not try to make news laws and impose all sorts of restrictions on people and rely more on common sense then \:\)

Because I know you are all so interested in when you vote, I have the dates of your primary:

On Jan 8th 2008: New Hampshire

On Jan 15th 2008: Michigan

On Jan 19th 2008: South Carolina and Nevada

On Jan 26th 2008: South Carolina

On Jan 29th 2008: Florida

On Feb 1st 2008: Maine

On Feb 5th 2008: North Dakota, Montana, Oklahoma, Minnesota, Connecticut, Delaware, Missouri, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New Mexico, American Samoa, New York, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Tennessee, Utah, Illinois, Kansas, Idaho, Georgia, Alabama, Alaska, and Arizona.

On Feb 9th 2008: Washington, Louisiana, Guam, Virgin Islands, and Kansas.

On Feb 10th 2008: Maine

On Feb 12th 2008: Washington DC, Virginia, and Maryland

On Feb 19th 2008: Wisconsin and Hawaii

On Feb 23rd 2008: Virgin Islands, American Samoa

On Feb 24th 2008: Puerto Rico

On Mar 4th 2008: Texas, Rhode Island, Vermont and Ohio

On Mar 8th 2008: Wyoming

On Mar 11th 2008: Mississippi

On Apr 22nd 2008: Pennsylvania

On May 3rd 2008: Guam

On May 6th 2008: North Carolina and Indiana

On May 13th 2008: Nebraska and West Virginia

On May 20th 2008: Kentucky and Oregon

On May 27th 2008: Idaho

On Jun 1st 2008: Puerto Rico

On Jun 3rd 2008: New Mexico, Montana and South Dakota

If you see a state listed as having a Primary on two different dates, that just means that on one date they are having a Democrat Primary, the other a Republican. Please check with your local election office to find out if you are eligible to vote and where your polling place is located. You can also call 1-888-VOTE-SMART (1-888-868-3762)

Any omissions are purly unintentional, my list was received from http://www.vote-smart.org

I notice Barack actually adds people on twitter while Hillary does not. Maybe that is why he has a fan base 10x of what Hillary has \:p

http://twitter.com/hillaryclinton
http://twitter.com/barackobama

Wonders if they will still use this after the election \:p

I heard on the radio earlier that Hillary didn't have all of the state by state local campaign offices set up and running the way that Obama does. That there were no locals helping in the campaign the way that there should have been.

McCain might have screwed up too with the new money rules on campaign spending. Something about him borrowing against Government matching funds and then hitting the spending limit.
