Agreed. He had to play around with the camera and got a lot of bad pics so I thought I'd post the best of the bad ones to show the progession to some degree.

A local radio host told that he got several emails warning about the hazards of looking at the lunar eclipse. He says he gets these every few years and can't believe anyone falls for them.

Nice shots, those turned out better than the ones I did. I tried to handhold the camera and was able to get a few, but they were dark due to the shutter speed being too fast.

If a 15 year old with and $800 camera can get better shots that your local tv station then I think they should rethink the abilities of their staff.

People get mixed up and then convince themselves that they actually know what they're talking about. If there was a hazard then many of us are in trouble.
