Webcam watcher is on while I watch a few hours of tv Harold I set it to poll every 30 seconds so as not to mess up your server

Set it for 20 seconds.

I have the cam set to upload every 20 seconds. When I was on dialup, that was the magic number for what would work. You don't need to worry about your webcam watcher hitting the server too hard. My uploading images is far worse than just serving up the image to you.
