Oh, we had that going on just a week ago around here. Well, it was that or they were burning off brush in the ditches. I didn't venture out to check in that direction.

The other day I got to roll down my car window and smell the smell of another vehicle. Yup it is spring.

Today the wind was blowing in the right direction and we have a lagoon that gives off the most unpleasant order anyone could ever smell. I feel so bad for the people who live right next to it and the park.

Like a hog farm? Those are rough too.

Yeah I have been past those. I know lots of places that insist that they have to be 20 miles or more out of town.

Yesterday I went to get the mail and I got my first real smell of the air right after a rain and you smell the flowers like lylocks. That's when I know it is spring. Too bad it didn't happen two months ago like it should have. But that is one of the simple pleasures that living in ND provides for us.
