On 7/10/2003 I was sitting in the living room watching the begining of Jay Leno. My wife Kelly was outside on the back deck having a cigarette. She screamed for me and when I got outside she pointed over to the south east and said that she just saw a falling start shoot down and stop, lights came on and it was headed toward us. The lights were basically red but there was green in there two and as it headed toward us I realized that the lights were steady not blinking. As the ship got closer I could tell that it was taller than it was long and that it had windows that were backlit from the inside. The only sound that it made was a muffled noise of a jet engine that did not equate to the size of the ship. This thing was big. I was in awe of what I was seeing and tried to call my deputy because it was headed toward his location. My wife ran around to the front of the house to watch it and when I said UFO to my deputy on the phone, she said the noise stopped, a bright light came on in the rear of the craft and it shot straight up just as fast as it had come down, and was gone. I stil get chills today 4 years later thinking about what we saw. I filed an offical report with MUFON. Months later a few teenagers finally told their dad that they had seen the same thing. They didn't want to tell anyone cause they didn't think anyone would believe them.

We are not alone and I have no idea why that ship was here but I do know that I am not crazy and neither is my wife or the other kids that saw that ship. So post your experiences here. I watch the sky when ever I can.

Spaceflight;

When it first started the entire world stopped and gathered around the TV and radio. To listen to those daring young men in their flying machines. (Sorry couldn’t resist.) Not like today when spaceflight is not even noteworthy anymore.

On February 20, 1962. I was in Saint Mary’s’ Catholic School. We listened to the entire flight including hours of buildup prior to lift off. Some where in the talk’s one of the experts said that John Glenn would be able to see towns and cities from space.

As the day wore on the nuns let us outside for recess. While we were out we noticed this thing floating above the street. Common dirigible shape silver in color. Not a sound. Just floating there a couple of hundred feet up. Being kids we figured if John Glenn could see us we could see him. We all started to wave at this vehicle. Which is what attracted the attention of the nuns. They quickly gathered us up and got us back inside. While we listened to the radio the nuns were roaming the halls and wringing their hands quietly peeking out the windows. Which if you ever were ever in a catholic school you know that is how the old nuns acted all the time.

It was years later before I realized what I had seen. Back then there just wasn’t anything flying that could account for what we saw.

Well there it is my first UFO sighting. There have been others since then strange lights odd shapes. But the first was the best.

John Glenn also reported seeing odd things flying out there.

I have a sighting of something that was flying around that I couldn't identify. I can't say for sure it was extraterrestrial or not but it sure flew like nothing I had ever seen before. I'll not go into the specifics as I don't have the time right now but my brothers and sister saw it as well so I didn't imagine it. It happened right after we saw a meteor shower. After which I believe a helicopter flew over as it shined a bright light on us but we didn't hear the normal thumping sound you hear from helicopters. I have no other explanation for the lights flying so erratically and insanely fast, so I care not to explain the unexplainable. Perhaps it was some kind of weird phenomena or a mass hallucination. Either way they are better options than to say I saw something like that and said I was taken aboard their spaceship, questioned and probed while they didn't even buy me dinner or something. Not that, that happened by the way, just saying.

The town is actually a bit excited about this. The car is a very special exhibit at the county museum and a big crowd pleaser. My parents knew the deputy involved.

Kris, When I made my report to MUFON, I was questioned about animals acting weird during the event. One of our friends has a Malemute and he told us that the dog was whining and tried to hide under the bed.

One of the things that MUFON told me was that after exposure to any kind of close proximity to "what ever it was" that they have recieved unexplainable health issues from the people who were close enough to get a good look at them. I have put that idea right out of my mind for fear that it might be true.

This might explain my obsession for Wild Bill Hickock beef jerky.

Gort is drooling, drooling badly. They are out of my jerky at the bar. What will I do? How will I ever survive?

So we create this soap opera called " AS GORT DROOLS" and each episode will be a new challenge of how Gort will satisfy his craving for jerky. Will the bar get a new supply? will Ann's son be able to come up with a new recipe? Will eating deer jerky have any strange side effects on Gort? Tune in tomorrow and lets see.

I have a freezer full of bambi and if I could give it to you guys I would.

My son and I have seen this at least three times now this past yer and I am wondering what this is. We will be looking at the stars and a bright light will apear and cruise across the sky at a rather low altitude. The light is larger than any conventional landing light and the object is silent.The other night my son went to show his friend when he saw it, and as soon as he told him to look, the light went out.

I am leaning toward some type of drone.But no noise. We have been within a mile from this thing the first time we saw it and I am waiting for someone to capture it on video.

Today as I sit here I am excited and very sad at the same time.
I have just recently learned of "The Disclosure Project" and have been studying it in depth for the past five days. I am excited because what I have always known about U.F.O's in my heart and in my head, may possibly become a reality. I am sad at the same time because if what is being uncovered by this organization is true then we as humans have failed terribly at what we are all about.

I am not a person who jumps at the chance to belong to an organization because it's cool. I do know that if this technology exists and we have a chance to save this planet we call home then we should persue this with the utmost diligence and not give up until we suceed.

Wes, there is so much stuff that has been released in the past couple of years. There had to be a time table that they figured the truth would surface and now a lot of the people who swore they would never tell are providing deathbed confessions about their involvement and how they feared for their lives if they said anything. From what I am reading, there seems to be a consensus that in 2012 there will be a great convergence and the energy will unite and we will all become higher beings. What a wonderfull thought. And to think it only took us how many thousands of years to get to this point? I like this theory. It's kind of like the movie The Dark Crystal. The light and the dark come together to form a new being.
I think the religious leaders would embrace that as it would be what religion is all about no matter what part of the world you were in.
