I think that it's time to let our imaginations fill in all those details. The necessary end to a great story has come, and I see no need to drag it out.

David Sedaris "Me talk Pretty One Day" is what I've been reading when not listening to my iPod. He is hilarious.

It finally came!!! My own copy and not a borrowed copy!!!
Dave Ramsey's "Total Money Makeover"
Hopefully hubby will stay on board. We were both guilty of borrowing but hubby has way over borrowed and gotten us into hot water.

I want to get this too. He's on our local AM radio from 3PM to 5PM.

Where did you order the book from? Does it have to come from his site?

I should be finished by 2012.

This is bringing back memories of Government regulation I had to read when I was in the U.S.A.F.

I was reading some of the mortified book two nights ago \:\)
http://www.getmortified.com/book/

Mortified: Real Words, Real People, Real Pathetic

What is it?
Mortified: Real Words Real People Real Pathetic is an anthology of people's actual childhood writings, ripped from the pages of their lives and shared with total strangers. The result is a uniquely honest collection that is equal parts comedic and cathartic. Inspired by the long-running grassroots stage phenomenon that is Mortified, the book offers a hilariously poignant peek into the mind of youth gone bad, sad or just plain pathetic. From melodramatic diaries to pretentious poetry... from awkward attempts at fiction to angry letters at summer camp. This is a book for the underdog in all of us.

Harold did you ever get Dave's book? I love his podcasts too. I know you said you listen to him on the radio. He is awesome in my opinion and I love it when he says that we shouldn't rely on whoever gets elected to fix our problems and that we should fix our own problems.

I am finishing up Philip K Dick's Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep which is what the movie Bladerunner is based on. Very good book. Next I'm going to start the Left Behind series. I bought the first two books already. I've heard some good things about it and the whole concept is very interesting to me.

I'm now beginning to read the Left Behind series. So far I'm only in the first few chapters of the 1st book and it's really well written. It makes you wonder how things would be in real life when this kind of thing starts happening.
