Here I'll start another doodle. I'll show each step along the way until I get a finished result. I've got ten done so far, and a long ways to go.

Not much to look at but it's just a seedling for something bigger.

Just expanding a little.

Making it look more solid.

The framework is added to make it look non symmetrical and just strange.

Made it look more solid and simplified. Mirrored the previous image, while also creating a bridge between them.

Mirrored and bridged again.

Branching out and making it look a bit more interesting.

Cleaning it up and again using odd curves to make it look strange.

Fixed a symmetry problem and reducing the overall size.

Simplifying it a bit more so I can really take advantage of the inner core. Also adding that white on black stencil I really like while making it look like it has more depth.

That's it for now, I have the basic framework to work with right now, next will be to mess with the core, get rid of the connectors for the stenciled squares and add some connections.

Changed the sides and added connections in the core. Getting it ready for what I was about to do next.

This is part one of two parts.. What I did was take middle section of the previous one and mirrored it and rotated it at a 90 degree angle. Thus all four sides are the same.

This is the reason I made two parts, here I superimposed both.

Added more connections in the core and also brought out some detail that was lost when I superimposed the previous parts. This is it for now.. Still a ways to go to finish this doodle project.

Got a chance to play around with it for a few minutes..


Cleaned it up a bit and made the lines more defined.

Trying something a little different.

Changed the outer shape a bit and a few more steps and it'll be finished.
