Where the hell would you put a post about this anyways, as it is intertwined with recording music onto your computer.... anyways....

My crappy little guitar amp finally died today (because when I'm recording I have the habit of turning the volume all the way up... I blew the transformer I guess? (That's what Greg said.... he's the electronic's geek) I'd give you the specs on the transformer but I doubt any of you that would have one laying around are close enough to give it to me hahahaha... I'm waiting until whenever the little electronics place opens again to see if they've got one otherwise we'll have to order one online which'll take god knows how long UGHH!

I was all ready to record too, had the program working, finally got my soundcard working, everything sounded great, took a little break came back and my amp light wasn't on. Geeh! Any ideas on what I might have laying around that I can use as a temporary amp until i get this one up and running again?

Oh and Greg's letting it sit for 24 hours to see if it isn't just some stupid ummm blah blah protection that went off inside the amp blah blah blah blah I can't understand half his hardware babble. All I know is we changed the fuse, changed power cords, and it smelled funny inside therefore to me it is dead. Hahahaha...
