Here I'll post my finished doodles. All will be MS Paint, and I might have posted them before somewhere if not here somewhere else on the net. Anyway, here we go.

Kris , your doodles remind me of the old B&W TV days of the going off line pic they put on screen at midnight

I vaguely remember it, perhaps from glancing at it once or so or perhaps from movies that had it. I did a search to see if it is as I remembered it, took me a few minutes to actually try wikipedia.

Yes The Indian brings back memories . I think there were a few others , as I think ABC,CBS & NBC might of had their own ( Local ), not for certain though .

Yes I am Ann, I am 45 .
My grandmother has our old RCA B&W console TV in her basement that I grew up with , it was bought when my sister was born in 1958 and last year I plugged it in , and it still worked , took about 20 minutes to warm up the tubes , and it smelled like burning lint from the heat of the tubes ........LOL
But it still came on , no picture as there is no rabbit ears .
Thats when we were proud of making a quality product !

You got that right-all of our appliances used to last for ever. My refrigerator that I got back in 64 lasted over 30 years-how long you think this one will last?

Our companies have done major research on getting their products just to get past the warranty , then Kaput , they quit , its all about selling product not quality , but you know that , as we have seen the progression of crappy and shrewd business practices in the last 20 years & is getting worse !
