I have the Grammy awards on the tv playing in the background and Bruce Springsteen was performing a little while ago. How sad is he these days?
I think he should give up performing and stick to songwriting for others. His lyrics are still good but the voice is gone and the way he stands looks like he has something wet and icky in his pants and he doesn`t want to stand up straight and make a bigger mess.
So sad to see.

This is how I want to think of him, not realistic considering my own age I know.

I didn't watch the Grammy Awards. Most of the current Pop music isn't my thing.

What was awful was The Rolling Stones' half-time performance at the Super Bowl.

From what I read, they censored the stones songs when they were singing lyrics that the stations thought were too much for folks

It has been all over the news since Mick and the band were complaining about it.

After Janet I think they all want to keep it family friendly. I don`t care if they are the Rolling Stones, the world does not revolve around them and what they think is acceptable on TV. Their music doesn`t offend me in the slightest but their attitude does, they should get over it. Ugly old men who took way too many drugs and drank too much and they think THEY know what`s acceptable? Phhfttttt
As for the Grammys, Joseph I agree with you on most of the modern music. I had it on in the background while I played on here and went and watched when something interested me. I did enjoy the bit with Jamie Foxx and Kayne West with the marching band.

Sir Mik has always ticked me off. Yes, they convulsed very well for senior citizens, but their whole attitude is obnoxious.
