Since Wesley's old Smallville thread is gone ,and since now I have my tv tuner card and am catching up on Smallville, I thought I would create a new thread for it  I just watched Splinter, the episode where clark is exposed to silver kryptonite and thought it was really cool that clark meant another kryptonian or did he? The episode was out there but was really cool to watch.

And to think that they considered Ashton Kutcher and Nicholas Cage to play Supes...AND they even tapped Kevin Smith to write one of the screenplays several years ago.

I'm assuming you are refering to Crisis On Infinite Earths. I loved that miniseries. It's the first thing to ever introduce to me the concept of alternate universes and the ability to travel into them like the Flash did.

Can you catch me up on smallville izzy or Tor. I am watching the 2 hour episode of the series titled "Commencement/arrival" and the story seems to revolve around 3 artifacts or stones and lana has one and just killed someone to keep the thing.
And the trailers seem to allude to all sorts of things happening before this episode like lex looting an egyptian tomb to get the stone as well as clark flying in outer space.
It must be near the end of the series as in the episode clark is graduating and all sorts of stuff is happening that I have no idea what is what
The reason I am so lost is due to 2 channels airing smallville, one channel we get really well is up to the point where he gets his heat vision and the crappy channel is airing the episode above so that is why I am lost.
What do the stones do ? Also what is with the rocks or whatever picked up on Earths radar?

I just got done watching all of season 4 and I loved it. They do such a great job with their cliffhangers. I KNEW what would happen when he got those three stones together! I knew it! Now I have to download episode 1 from season 5 to see how it ended.

Newhart had 2 TV shows. In the first one he was a shrink married to Suzanne Pleshette. In the second he was an owner of an inn. The last episode of the second series. Right at the end of the show. The scene was Newhart in bed waking up. He rolled over to come face to face with Suzanne Pleshette. With the realization the entire second series was a dream.

Japaneese people were buying up the whole town and wanted to turn it into a golf course and he didn't want to sell. Larry, Darryl and Darryl sold out and made lots of money and so did the rest of the town buy Bob didn't want to sell. In the end he woke up and found out the whole series was a dream and told his wife that he had a crazy dream of owning an inn and there were these three hick brothers, two of which never talked. She told him to relax and that it was all just a dream and that he had to get ready for work. Classic.

Yes I just finished watching Smallville - Sacred Episode Description: Clark and Lana follow Jason and Lex to China to search for a mysterious kryptonite crystal, and when Clark finds an artifact that leads them to it, he must battle the witch Isobel, who has taken over Lana's body to claim the stone for herself. As the station that has good reception is finally showing the episodes where clark has to collect the 3 artifacts.

Jor-El sends another meteor storm to Earth because Clark hasn't embraced his destiny. And unless he can find all the pieces of the crystal then the Earth will be destroyed. He finds them, takes them to the cave and is wisked away to the North Pole. And you know what happens then.

I just got done watching season 5 and the first episode of season 6 and I am blown away. They are taking this series in a great direction and it is getting more and more intense.

Man are you way behind!  You'll love it as it progresses. Season 6 Episode 2 Clark gets his super breath. I think this is his last power, other than flying, that he needs to get.

Did he say xor instead of and?  Depends on what type of innocence one talks about as much as the relative nature of evil. When on loses their innocence it generally means they have awaken to all the nasties that exist in the world. Their new grungy nature doesn't afford them the luxury of not seeing all the possibilities and dark twisted underside of every action and seemingly meaningless prose. Still, one could be innocent in their own right and yet considered very evil to others. Choosing not to believe something and being too naive to believe it are two different things. I believe she wasn't naive for long and for the most part chose not to believe it. Thus right now it is less about being evil as it is accepting the sight of the world for what it is, a dirty nasty place. She is growing as a character, adapting better and becoming an adult. Such a progression to the outside observer might mistake it for turning evil. In many regards that might be true. While losing one's innocence and turning evil can be on the same path, there is a lot of middle ground there and bad choices to be made to make that path true. That is right, I have no idea what I am talking about. Actually I do, then again does it even matter? It is late, I have been reading too much as usual and it is affecting my thought process. And to think tomorrow I'm going to check out all the libraries.. I am doomed.

It turns out that I am liking the new direction that Smallville is taking. It seems like it's progressing towards the creation of the Justice League of America. Last season we had Aquaman fighting to save the oceans and he suggested to Clark that they team up. Last week the Green Arrow told Clark that it's ok to steal from theives as long as the innocent benefit from it and he told Clark that when he changes his mind to let him know.
Now they just need to get the kid Flash in a few more episodes and we'll be in shape for the JLA to start taking shape. I wonder if Wonder Woman makes an appearance this year.

This latest Smallville was kick ASS! It was excatly as I thought was going to happen in thise latest season: The formation of the Justice League of America! I loved how Clark struggled with using his powers for a destructive purpose even though that purpose was for the greater good. The shot of them all walking away from the explosion of a LutherCorp facility was flat out amazing. Only Jenni was there to point out how stupid it was. But she's a chic and not into comics at all.

Chloe's ability when she was infected before was the ability to ask anyone any question and having them answer it honestly. She was infected when she broke into Luthorcorp and sprayed with some Kryptonite gas.

I just got all caught up and MAN what an ending to the season! I don't think Lana is dead. I think she jumped onto the mail truck that drove by right before the explosion. The only way fo rher to be free from Lex would be to fake her death and frame him for murder.

I just got all caught up and MAN what an ending to the season! I don't think Lana is dead. I think she jumped onto the mail truck that drove by right before the explosion. The only way fo rher to be free from Lex would be to fake her death and frame him for murder. You were right Wesley I just watched the last episode of smallville on my dvr and really liked it I hope your still watching it

Chloe is so foolish now  but she is just trying to save her friends If she wanted to save her friends she should have let clark send him to the phantom zone as what happens when she dies or gets killed How will she save them then?
