I finally picked my guitar back up. I hadn't touched it since I moved to Ohio. I met a guy from down the street who plays and we've been jammin. Quite fun I must say! Now he's got me into it again and I realize how crappy my guitars and amp are. I dunno what they are, they were cheap pieces of crap when I got them, now they're old pieces of crap. I have the feeling he's going to be dragging me to a guitar show that's coming up at the end of this month.... I hope I stumble across some money by then...

I've always wanted to play a musical instrument, preferably the cello. Alas, I am not artistically inclined.

The only musical instrument I play is the CD player but my kids say I don't do that very well either.

I noticed that lately there are some real nice guitars around that are, by comparison, cheap. Whenever I go up to Jeff's store I poke around and I am surprised how much you can get for what was merely junk prices ten years ago. It's a good sign!

A keyboard would suite my tastes.

My cousin got a nice electric guitar for $150 CDN. Plays it all the time and he hasn't even broken the strings yet.

I used to play the sax and I dabbled in drums and if I was ever to get back into music I would love to better learn how to play the drums. I'm already soso in a basic way. I can keep a generic beat and can do a little double bass drum but I would love to get better at it.
