Funny...all of these crazy-ass laws are passed and now she resigns. Makes it seem like her goal was to screw things up as much as she could and then walk away.

I like her simply because she seems to be the balance the Court needs. She is the only justice who voted against the new Eminent Domain law.

She's the one who made the deciding vote to stop the recount during Bush's first election scandle...even though a total recount would've given the presidency to Gore.
