The government will only force treatment on those that could afford it but choose not to have it.

I think they are making a big deal out of this case because the state didn't get their way with the Terry Schiavo case. They lost their fight on an adult's decision to end their life so now they want to regain their feeling of having control over the people by trying to force treatment on a child.
Funny, now the parents have changed their minds and are going with the treatments. They say they have been shown proof that the cancer has returned and now believe it. Fishy.
I think the Terry Shivo statement is probably the closest thing to the truth here. And the tipster probably will be sued if they are found out.
