Didnt realize they had winstons then.Cig.tax was just raised to 30cents a pack today n kentucky.I don't smoke but i'm sure its gonna make alot of people mad here.

I kind of agree on the whole thing. I mean, I don't smoke and I don't like the smell of it at all. And I don't like eating in smoking places because no matter where you're seated you can smell it. But banning smoking in bars is kinda stupid. I mean, most people that would frequent a bar smoke. And when you go to a bar you know that you are going to be walking into a place filled with lots of smoke. Same with night clubs. So those places should be allowed to still have smoking.

I mean, you don't see me walking into a Chucky Cheese and yelling, "WHAT'S WITH ALL THE DAMNED KIDS!? SHEESH CAN YOU PEOPLE KEEP IT DOWN! I'M TRYING TO HAVE MY STAG PARTY OVER HERE!" No, when I walk into a Chucky Cheese I expect there to be large amounts of loud kids playing loud games very loudly. To expect that to stop because of me is stupid. Now, loud kids in a normal resteraunt is another thing. And so it is with smoking.

Why cut out one vice in an establishment of vice, leaving all the other vices intact? People don't want to get lung cancer while they get cerosis of the liver and an STD?

I agree with you there Wesley I remember going to a party at Chuck E. Cheese's place and having watched my nieces get pushed aroumd in the ball pit by the bigger kids and remember one set of parents thinking it was funny how thier kid would cry each time they held him up to the guy dressed up as Chuck E. Cheese

I don't see anyone all fired up to raise taxes on alchohol like they keep doing with cigarettes even though alchohol causes deaths just as much as cigs. Probably due to lawmakers and such drinking more then they do smoking is my guess

In the base I was at, more then half the base abused alchohol and they usally covered that fact up unless they wanted to make an example out of you, or in my case some new guy who was drinking more then me whined to the commander that I drank more then him and he wondered why I wasn't getting slapped on the wrist like he was.

Hard to tell him some folks get better when their drunk like me and some folks are obnoxious and want to start trouble when they drink like him thought
