Looks like you need to clean the gutters at least you can walk on your roof , mine is an 8-12 pitch makes for an unstable footing , as I need to clean gutters and snip some tree limbs on the Weeping Mulberry on front side of my house .

I'll be putting in new gutter screens all the way around.
I was on a ladder with a chainsaw trimming a tree over the driveway today. I'm glad I decided to do it while Lisa was gone. Otherwise she wouldn't have let me do it.
I like the pond in the back. I don't see Lucy though

I am wondering if the estimate included the sub roofing material?
That hump suggests that new plywood may be in order.
I have seen roofers do that before: give the homeowner an estimate for the shingles and then after they tear into it tell the owner it will cost a lot more because they will have to put new plywood down. Just be prepared Harold. That could double the estimate.

The new decking was quoted anywhere from $1.25 to $2.00 per square foot. I don't really see it being that bad. I just think the shingles dried out and are done.
